Delete your account

You can permanently delete your Stryon account and associated data directly from the app. This page also explains how to request deletion if you cannot sign in.
Delete your account in Stryon
- Open the Stryon app and sign in.
- Open Profile.
- Select Settings.
- Select Delete account.
- Review the warning and confirm the deletion request.
If you cannot access the app
Email support@getstryon.com from the email address associated with your Stryon account. Use the subject “Stryon account deletion request.” We may ask you to verify account ownership before processing the request.
Data covered by deletion
The request covers your account profile and associated Stryon data, which may include routines, workouts, sets, personal records, strength ranks, measurements, preferences, uploaded profile media, community posts, reactions, comments, reports, and other account-linked content.
What may be retained
Deletion may not be immediate. We may retain limited records when required by law or reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, payment reconciliation, enforcing rights, or resolving disputes. Data may remain in encrypted backups for a limited period until those backups are overwritten under normal retention procedures.
Subscriptions
Deleting your Stryon account does not automatically cancel a subscription purchased through Apple App Store or Google Play. Cancel the subscription separately in your store account to prevent future renewal.
