Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 13, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Stryon (“Stryon,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use the Stryon mobile application, website, and related services.
1. Information we collect
Account and profile information
We may collect your email address, authentication information, display name, username, profile photo, biography, language, unit preferences, and other information you choose to add to your profile.
Fitness and workout information
We process information you enter about routines, exercises, sets, repetitions, weight, duration, training frequency, personal records, strength ranks, progress, and workout history.
Body and wellness information
You may optionally provide height, body weight, measurements, goals, limitations, or injury-related notes. Stryon is not a medical service, and you should not enter information you do not want processed as part of your fitness experience.
Community content
If you use community features, we may process posts, photos, captions, reactions, comments, reports, blocks, and related profile information. Content you publish may be visible to other users according to your settings.
Photos, camera, and notifications
With your permission, Stryon may access your camera or photo library when you choose to upload an image. Stryon may also request permission to send local notifications, such as workout reminders. You can change these permissions in your device settings.
Technical and purchase information
We may receive device, operating system, app version, diagnostic, security, transaction identifier, subscription status, and purchase entitlement information needed to operate, secure, and support the service. We do not receive your complete payment-card number.
2. How we use information
- Provide authentication, profiles, workout tracking, ranks, progress, community features, and account synchronization.
- Personalize units, language, training insights, and the app experience.
- Process and restore subscription entitlements.
- Maintain safety, prevent fraud and abuse, enforce our Terms, and moderate community content.
- Respond to support, privacy, and account-deletion requests.
- Diagnose problems and improve reliability, accessibility, and performance.
3. Service providers
We use service providers that process information on our behalf or as independent platform providers, including:
- Supabase for authentication, database, storage, and backend infrastructure.
- RevenueCat for subscription status and purchase entitlement management.
- Apple App Store and Google Play for app distribution, payments, refunds, and store account services.
- Vercel for hosting the Stryon informational website.
These providers handle information under their own terms and privacy policies. We require service providers acting on our behalf to protect information appropriately.
4. Sharing and disclosure
We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information to service providers, when you direct us to share content, to protect users and the service, to comply with law or valid legal process, or as part of a business transaction subject to appropriate safeguards.
5. Retention and deletion
We retain information while your account is active and as reasonably necessary to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and enforce agreements. Retention periods vary by data type and purpose.
You can initiate account deletion inside Stryon through Profile → Settings → Delete account. If you cannot access the app, email us from the address associated with your account. Deletion may not be immediate, and limited records may be retained where legally required or necessary for security, fraud prevention, or dispute resolution.
6. Your choices
You may update profile information, manage community visibility, block users, change camera/photo and notification permissions through your device, or request access, correction, or deletion where applicable. Depending on your location, you may have additional privacy rights.
7. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Children
Stryon is not directed to children under 13. Where local law sets a higher minimum age for independent consent, users must meet that requirement or use the service with valid parental or guardian authorization. Contact us if you believe a child provided personal information improperly.
9. International processing
Your information may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as Stryon evolves. We will update the date above and provide additional notice when required by law.
