These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Stryon mobile application, website, and related services. By using Stryon, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 13 years old and meet any higher minimum age required in your location. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your credentials confidential, and promptly notify us of unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.

2. Fitness and health disclaimer

Stryon provides fitness tracking and general informational tools, not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Exercise involves risk. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning or changing an exercise program, particularly if you have an injury, medical condition, or concern. Stop exercising and seek appropriate assistance if you experience pain, dizziness, breathing difficulty, or other concerning symptoms.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use Stryon to:

• Break the law, infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights, or endanger another person.
• Harass, threaten, discriminate against, impersonate, exploit, or deceive others.
• Post illegal, abusive, sexually exploitative, hateful, fraudulent, or malicious content.
• Send spam, manipulate engagement, automate unauthorized activity, scrape data, or interfere with security or operation.
• Reverse engineer the service except where applicable law expressly permits it.
• Access another person’s account or evade a suspension, restriction, or enforcement action.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of content you create. You grant Stryon a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, and process that content only as needed to operate, improve, secure, and promote the service according to your settings. You represent that you have the rights necessary to upload your content.

We may remove or restrict content or accounts that violate these Terms, create risk, or harm the community. Community reports do not guarantee removal, but we may review and act on them.

5. Subscriptions and purchases

Paid features may be offered through the Apple App Store or Google Play. The price, billing period, trial, taxes, and renewal terms shown by the store before confirmation apply. Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled through your store account before renewal. Billing, refunds, and cancellation are generally handled by the applicable store under its policies. Deleting Stryon or your Stryon account does not automatically cancel a store subscription.

6. Stryon intellectual property

Stryon, its visual identity, software, designs, text, graphics, ranking system presentation, and other service materials are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable laws. These Terms grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the service as intended.

7. Availability and changes

We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features; impose reasonable limits; or perform maintenance. We do not promise that the service will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free. We may update these Terms and will provide notice of material changes when required.

8. Suspension and termination

You may stop using Stryon at any time and may request account deletion through the app. We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect users, comply with law, or secure the service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

9. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stryon is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim warranties that are not expressly stated, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stryon and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost profits or data, or injuries resulting from exercises performed without appropriate judgment or supervision. Any liability that cannot be excluded will be limited only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

11. Disputes and applicable law

These Terms are governed by applicable law, without overriding mandatory consumer protections available in your place of residence. Before filing a formal claim, please contact us and allow a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue informally.
